We've used it for a poor-man's latte by means of microwaving milk, then frothing it to simulate steamed milk, then mixing it with various coffees. We've also used it to froth hot chocolate. Doesn't work that smartly for making whipped cream.
Reviews for Aerolatte Milk Frother, Satin (Kitchen) I simply obtained the box from Amazon, pulled out my new Aerolatte, eliminated the protective cover from the battery compartment (yeah, it even comes pre-loaded with a pair of "aerolatte" double A's!), and put about 2 oz of NON-FAT (skim) milk in a pitcher.

I nuked the milk for about 20 2ds, pulled it from the microwave, caught the aerolatte within the glass and pushed the swap.

DANG!!

Nearly INSTANT foam. GOBS of it. It shaped PEAKS!! You could make small milk-animals out of it.

I truly can not believe how smartly this thing works. The only factor that may destroy it for me is if it simply fell apart after a couple of uses, but frankly, with a little bit of care, it seems like it is going to dangle up. We'll see.

But within the meantime, name me Doctor Foam.

Notwithstanding the criticisms of people that declare that their aerolatte lasted about 5 minutes, I simply changed the batteries for the primary time due to the fact that buying it again in January.
